MBA/MS FINANCE ADMITTED STUDENTS FOR AY 2015-2016

Please look for Ms. Ida David to process the admission slip from August 10 – 12 (Monday to Wednesday) between 10:00 am to 5:00pm only.

Requirements:

• 1. Transcript of Record - photocopy for UPD graduate, Original copy for non UPD graduate

  2. NSO Birth Certificate – photocopy

  3. Marriage Certificate for Married women – photocopy

  4. 2 copies of 2x2 photo

For those who already submitted – no need to submit again.
