Shifting within VSB

This page is only for VSB students planning to shift to/from BSBA/BSBAA into the other program.

APPLICATION PROCESS FOR INTERNAL SHIFTEES

1. Download and fill out the Internal Shifting Application Form and the Student Directory Form (write the program you are applying to as your degree (BS) and major (BA/BAA) in this form). Take note that you must have completed at least 30 credit units (except PE, NSTP, Math 20, and other non-credit courses) to be eligible for shifting.
2. Request a Statement of Account (SOA) for the shifting application fee of Php30.00 at this link. You need the SOA in order to make a face-to-face payment (either at the UPD Cashier or at the UP VSB Library) or via online. Be sure to secure your official receipt or print your online payment confirmation.
3. Request for your True Copy of Grades (TCG) from VSB Room 105. Make sure that all grades up to the Second Semester AY 2023-2024 are complete before making a request. Your submission will be considered incomplete if there is any missing grade. You will need to submit a scanned copy of your TCG via the online submission form and a hardcopy to Ms. Teresa Bal (Student Records Evaluator) at VSB Room 105. Submission of copy of grades from CRS or any other platform is not allowed.
4. Submit the hard copy of your application form and TCG at VSB Room 105, together with your payment's official receipt or printed copy of your online payment confirmation.
5. Fill out the Internal Shifting Application Online Submission Form. Your shifting application will not be processed if the online form is not received. A copy of your responses to the form sent via email serves as the confirmation of your submission.
6. Submission of requirements in No. 4 and No. 5 above must be done on or before 10 July 2024 (updated deadline), 12:00 noon. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
7. You will be contacted via email if further documents will be needed from you.
