Shifting within VSB

For applicants from other colleges in UP Diliman and in other UP units, refer to this page.

For non-UP applicants, please contact the Office of the University Registrar.

1. Download and fill out the Internal Shifting Application Form and the Student Directory Form (write the program you are applying to as your degree (BS) and major (BA/BAA) in this form). Take note that you must have completed at least 30 credit units (except PE, NSTP, Math 20, and other non-credit courses) to be eligible for shifting.
2. You need to complete the payment of the Php30.00 shifting application fee before submission of the forms. Go to VSB Room 105 for the payment slip, and to Room 107 for the Statement of Account. Once you have both, you may proceed to payment.
3. Fill out the Internal Shifting Application Online Submission Form. Your shifting application will not be processed if the online form is not received. Deadline for submission of requirements through the online form is 26 January 2024, 11:59PM. Incomplete applications will not be processed. True Copy of Grades is not required for internal shiftees. A copy of your responses to the form sent via email serves as the confirmation of your submission.
4. You will be contacted via email if further documents will be needed from you.
